Melissa Holmes-Stephens

Melissa has 9 years of experience as a service writer for foreign car repair shops. You may remember her from RPR Volvo Parts where she worked for 8 years. She spent 4 years as office and parts manager for Walsh Brothers. The combined skills Melissa brings to Bob’s compliment the technical staff and provide expert service at the counter and on the phone. On her off time, Melissa enjoys gardening, working on her dollhouse miniature projects and tending to her Welsh Corgis.

Sean Stephens

When Sean got out of the Army, he went to work for one of his Dad’s friends working on Japanese and Volvo automobiles. Sean decided he enjoyed repairing cars and chose to make a career in the field. Sean is an ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certified master technician. This means he has passed a total of 8 exams on all operating systems of the automobile. Sean strives to learn the latest diagnostic techniques and has over 21 years of experience. When he’s not at work, Sean enjoys computer games, building scale models and do-it-yourself house projects.

Alex Jordan

Alex has been working at Bob’s for 9 years. He is an ASE certified master technician. He has an AA degree in automotive technology / engine performance. He updates his skills regularly by taking classes. In his spare time Alex enjoys racing in SCCA Solo 2 events and restoring his pair of vintage Alfa Romeos. Alex is an avid “A”s fan.

Chris Carter

In mid July, Chris came to work as our service writer. Chris moved to California from Georgia in 2004 where he worked for Goodyear as a service manager. He is a dedicated professional who enjoys the challenge of customer service. On the weekends, Chris likes to get out on the bay in his 22’ Bristol sailboat. He enjoys an active lifestyle which includes riding his mountain bike as well as his Yamaha R6 motorcycle.
