I have been taking my vehicles to Berkeley Bob's for almost three years. Their service and work product is exceptional and I really appreciate the dedicated service from Colin, Sean and Tom. I'm kind of a bulldog when it comes to dealing with mechanics as my experience in the past with other shops was far from favorable, but I have never had an off moment in any interaction with the staff at BB's. I was just asked this today by a friend if I trust them (my car is in the shop right now) and yes, without a doubt. I know that my car will be taken care of, my bill be fair market and I won't be price gouged. In addition, there have been a few times where my car needed to be looked at prior to a long distance car trip. They accommodated me and didn't charge me and I felt safe taking my car long distances. I really appreciate their business model and I feel fortunate to have finally found a place to take all my vehicles too. Thank you Berkeley Bob's!
