My brakes had been acting weird and I wanted to avoid what I knew was going to be a costly investment. That said, safety first. I called the shop and they suggested I come over for a test drive as soon as possible. I ended up leaving the car right then and the next day they fixed the brakes and a few other service things that needed to be done. It wasn't cheap but I was assured that my make and model of Volvo was an investment worth making. The car was ready to pick up on time and they made this process as painless as possible. I feel good that I've finally found a shop that I trust (and I had tried three others before I found Berkeley Bob's).
