I have been to Berkeley Bob's about three times now and every visit has been very smooth and thorough. Intake is usually done by Leo who is very communicative and honest when it comes to what's going on with my car. He never has any issues answering all of my questions even if it was something that he may have already explained and he is ready to explain it in a different way to help me understand. I am also grateful that they showed me how to use CARFAX- I wouldn't have known about it otherwise even though I've been to 3 or 4 other facilities prior to starting service with Berkeley Bob's in 2025 or 2024. Also, they are one of the only non-corporate service/auto repair centers close to me that services Hyundais with very reasonable prices!

I had a couple of weird issues going on with my Polestar 2 that Leo was able to both diagnose and reassure me about over the phone. Service was prompt, knowledgeable, friendly, and reasonably priced. I will always keep coming back!

Been going here for ~ 10 years. Berkeley Bob's has provided excellent service for my Volvos. In that time, there's only been one issue, which they immediately resolved. Pricing is reasonable, turnaround is fast, work is solid.

I'm relatively new to the area and wanted to have alternatives to a Kia dealership for work that might come up for my 2023 Kia Niro PHEV SX Touring. Friends recommended Berkeley Bob's and I am very glad they did. I took my Kia in for its 56K mile maintenance. Leo asked all the right questions in anticipation of my appointment and was receptive to any concerns I expressed. In addition to my basic maintenance they also investigated an acceleration wobble, figured out what was wrong, and suggested I take it to a Kia dealer as it was something my warranty still covered. I so appreciated that level of honesty. The shop is well-run, the staff was friendly, the overall price for the work done was reasonable as was also the amount of time it took since I chose to wait. Sean, Leo, and Melissa are very knowledgable about Volvos (and other types of vehicles I'm sure) and are polite, friendly and reasonable. They stand behind their work and recently honered a repair warranty of something they had replaced that malfunctioned. That's honesty and it's hard to come by. Thanks for making our repair experiences more personal and pleasant - it goes a long way.

First time customer. I took my Audi in for oil service. This included oil change plus complete system review which generated a very thorough report which outlined areas needing additional attention. Device advisor, Leo, who explained the report, was very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. Great communication regarding work status. Car was ready as promised. Great shop. Highly recommended.
